Katie Zingg brings over 25 years of Human Resources experience and deep expertise in Workday. She began her Workday journey on the client side as an HR Director in higher education, where she leveraged the platform to enhance HR operations and employee engagement.

 

Since joining Intecrowd as a Consultant, Katie has led multiple Phase 1 Workday implementations across HCM and Recruiting, utilizing various methodologies to deliver strong results for her clients. Her experience includes leading configuration and testing efforts with a focus on hiring, onboarding, and international assignments, as well as providing post–go-live support for large global enterprises.

 

Known for her collaborative approach and passion for developing others, Katie regularly conducts training sessions for clients and consultants alike. She is certified in Workday HCM, Recruiting, and Talent and is dedicated to helping organizations maximize the value of their Workday investment through strategic guidance and practical expertise.
